For Physical SIM users, just enter your personal details and confirm your delivery address for the SIM card to be shipped to. Don’t forget to provide your payment details and complete the payment process. The SIM card will be shipped to your address, and you can start enjoying your new plan once you receive and activate it.

How to activate your new SIM card?

Before you proceed with the activation, make sure to download the Maxx app on your mobile device. This app will help you manage your SIM only plan in Singapore. After installing the Maxx app, follow the in-app instructions to activate your SIM card:

To start, tap the “Activate My SIM” button.
Physical SIM: Scan your SIM card’s barcode and choose a mobile number.
eSIM: Choose a mobile number.
For port-in users: Pick a temporary Maxx number to complete activation. Remember to note it down for logging into Maxx app.
Enter the activation code on the receipt that was emailed to you.
After you’ve entered the activation code, you'll be prompted to verify your identity. You can do this using Singpass or by scanning your physical ID.
Finally, insert your SIM card into your device or scan the eSIM QR code. You should receive an SMS message once your SIM card is activated.

For customers who want to port-in their existing number, simply go to the Maxx app, navigate to Account > Port-in to Maxx, and follow the steps to retain your current number.
